A Raved Fabrics account offers ease and organisation. It is here you are able to view your order history, track your orders, create a wishlist and manage your personal preferences. What’s more, it will allow you to speed up the checkout and returns process.
Navigate to the top right corner of the homepage and click ‘Login’. You will be prompted to enter an email address and a password — simply click ‘Sign up’ to create an account. You will then be asked to enter your email address and a few more details to complete the registration.
Ordering
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with an invoice as well as a tracking link so you can follow your package. If you have not yet received this email, please do not hesitate to reach out to [email protected] and we will chase it up for you. Please attach your order number or order confirmation email to help us locate your order. Please note that our customer service opening hours are Monday-Friday 9AM- 5PM (CET+1).
If you have an account within ravedfabrics.com, you will be able to find tracking numbers for each order that has been shipped under ‘Order history’ section.

All prices include VAT and are shown in Euro.
We understand that finding the right size can be difficult, so we do our best to guide you to the best possible size for your table across our full product range. On every product page you will find a size chart that can help you find the right size for your table. You can also find the size chart on this page.
As a rule of thumb, our oilcloths and tablecloths are designed for all tables. If you are not sure about it, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected].
You can always reach out to our customer care team to ask about cancelling your order. Unfortunately if the order has already left our warehouse, the only option is to wait for it to arrive and have customer care help you with a return label. Please reach out to [email protected] or give us a call on +31 6 824 988 21 (9AM-5PM CET+1 weekdays) if you need help.
Discount codes can be applied in the checkout process in the field: ‘Do you have a Promo code?’. Please note that there are exclusions on what items are eligible for discounts. Furthermore, discounts cannot be applied after the order has been placed and discounts are not possible to combine.
Giftcards
If you have received a Raved Fabrics Gift Card, you have the pleasure of choosing your favourite pieces from our website — how lovely. We do not, however, offer refunds to gift card recipients.
If you have purchased a Raved Fabrics Gift Card, we can refund the amount to you via the credit card originally used to place the order.
Currently, all refunds for gift cards are processed using the credit card originally used to place the order.
Returns
We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your items. Please follow online guidance in the Returns section to proceed with your return and purchase a return label.
You are also welcome to send the items directly back to us via your choice of carrier. Please send them to:

Yes, you may return the full order or part of the order. Please follow the guidance for returning the items via Returns page.
We are also happy to assist with the returns if you are not satisfied with your order no later than 14 days from the day you received the order. As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your items will be refunded to the credit card that was initially used to purchase the products, minus any shipping, taxes or import duties incurred.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We primarily use GLS, PostNord, DHL, FedEx and UPS depending on the country. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery guide to find the details for your country here.

Our packaging is made from recycled paper. Some orders may also come in recycled plastic packaging. For more information, please refer to the ‘Packaging’ section of our website.
We offer occasional gift wrapping around key occasions in the calendar. If gift wrapping is available, you will be able to select it during checkout process. Please tick off the ‘Gift wrapping’ section to add gift wrapping to your order.
Product Care
We recommend washing our washable products at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, with sustainable detergents to protect the environment and not to put them in the dryer. More detailed care instructions for specific items can be found on the ‘Product Care’ page.
We have designed our products to be enjoyed for decades to come. Therefore, we encourage our customers to treat their pieces with care and consideration.

We also recommend that you bring the oilcloth indoors in extreme weather to prevent discoloration.
